Project description:
Strategic advisor for the Asset Management Department at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The Asset Management Department is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the strategic assets at the airport, such as the terminal complex, platforms, taxi- and runways, energy supplies and parking facilities.
Services provided:
For various projects; short short- and long term maintenance planning, lifecycle cost analyses, functional and technical programs of requirements for civil and structural engineering, fire safety engineering, and electrical and mechanical engineering.
Cambodia Airports
Landside signage Project

The project consist of a comprehensive signage strategy for the airport landside, including the extended and refurbished car parking area, at Phnom Penh Airport.

Aerospace Park Long Term Vision

The development of the Aerospace Park at BIA targets for a great part at secondary and tier industry segments that are a) area consuming and cost-sensitive and b) are aviation affine. The intention of BIA’s Aerospace Park is to add considerable value to the region’s economy and at the same time help SIN Changi Airport to concentrate on its core business: the high-profile hub activity.

Project description:
New domestic airport at HO, Volta Region, Republic of Ghana. The role of Ho airport will be to provide adequate infrastructure for regional air services to strengthen the cohesion of the city of Ho and the Volta region with the greater economic centers of Ghana.

Maintenance Strategy Airside Infrastructure

Helsinki Airport
Master Plan Second Opinion Study

Project description:
In order to strengthen Helsinki's competitive position as an international EU-Asia hub with an excellent product for airlines and passengers, a strategic land-use plan, master plan and a terminal concept haven been developed for the next 10 years. To ensure the optimum outcome of the master plan and its associated short term development, Finavia asked planeground consulting for a second opinion.

Mauritius Airport

Project description:
Sir Sewoosagur Ramgoolan (SSR) International Airport has recently opened a new passenger terminal. The master plan envisions further expansions of the airport and terminals in the future and include, among others, a new ATC facility.

Bintan Airport
New Passenger Terminal building

Project description:
Bintan Island is located in close proximity to Singapore. The first phase of the development of Bintan Airport is the construction of a runway an a passenger terminal to accommodate initial traffic. The airport terminal will be connected to a ferry terminal which will service Singapore and Batam.
Bintan Airport could be developed into a multi terminal airport with two runways.

Nairobi Airport

Project description:
On August 2013, a fire took the arrival facilities of the existing terminal out of operation. To accommodate the current passenger demand and provide additional capacity, the airport urgently needs an interim terminal facility to replace the arrival and part of the departure facilities until new permanent facilities will be made available.

Project description:
Because of rapid economic growth and increasing prosperity, air traffic in world's largest island archipelago has scaled up intensively. As an answer to this growth Indonesia is investing in the regional air traffic infrastructure. A key component of this program is the development of a series of local airports.
Thedesign is a prototype for new and/or existing regional airports, and include different development scenarios.

Aberdeen Airport
Master Plan Second Opinion Study

Project description:
Aberdeen Airport is one of the fastest growing airports in the UK, due to the oil an gas industry in the region. The industry's dependence on air transportation in conjunction with the growing demand for leisure travel is the main driver for the increased traffic demand at the airport. This implies increasing capacity demand for the airport's infrastructure and handling facilities. The terminal building in particular has reached its capacity limits and face constraints now and in the future.
Services provided:
Consultancy services and management decision support to alleviate long-term airside capacity constraints and simultaneously conduct necessary short-term terminal expansion and analysis of quick-win passenger process improvements.
